Abstract
First, this paper presents a new methodology for determining the comprehensive weights of attributes under the interval- valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) environment based on some method for determining the subject and objective attribute weights. Second, based on the concept of the grey relative closeness coefficients, a pair of fractional programming models is constructed. This model can be used to calculate the relative closeness coefficient intervals of alternatives to the IVIF positive ideal solution, which can be employed to generate ranking order of alternatives based on the concept of likelihood of interval numbers. The proposed method is illustrated for project selection.
