Abstract
Education is neither teaching nor instruction. Instruction is an artificial and limited activity. It influences the child only in a limited time and place. But life-long education goes on influencing an individual throughout his life. Instruction ends in the classroom, but education ends only with life. So, Education is the process of living through a continuous reconstruction of experiences. It is the development of all those capacities in the individual which will enable him to control his society and fulfill his possibilities.
