Abstract
The External skeletal fixation is one of the novel technique used for fracture management in animals. It can be used in any type of fractures like open, closed, simple or comminuted with least invasiveness and it offers much stability to fracture by preventing the fracture forces. In this case a metatarsal fracture in a goat was successfully managed with bilateral external skeletal fixation.
