Successive Extraction from Leaves of A.Barbadensis and its Antibacterial Activity Against Aeromonas Hydrophila Infected Common Carp

Abstract
The Aim of the present study was to determine the efficacy of different crude extracts obtained from the leaves of A. barbedensis against the pathogenic organism A. hydrophila, which very harmful and major problem are creating to the aquaculture environment. The organism was collected from the organs of experimentally infected common carp and the antibacterial activity was done for all extracts derived from the successive extraction. The zone of inhibition was measured for each extracts.
