Abstract
Metal-semiconductor and metal-insulator-semiconductor thin films have been prepared using thermal evaporation technique. The value of the barrier height (bn) which was calculated using, experimental (I-V) measurements and activation energy method showed that (bn) increases with increasing insulator thickness.
