Abstract
Urbanization is a process of growth of the region in both ways namely size and area. City is an urban area having significant role in the growth of the urbanization as well as city sizes. Administrative city size is the function of its age and area and other factors such as education, transport facilities. Poisson regression model is proposed to study the growth of the administrative city sizes.
