Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the dynamics of water quality soft-shelled crab aquaculture in Pemalang Regency in 2011-2013. The results showed that the water quality conditions are not suitable for media live crabs. This is demonstrated by the increased organic matter from 85.68 - 119.93 mg / l, dissolved carbon dioxide range of 4.8 - 17.9 mg / l, phytoplankton density increased from 33.8 * 104 to 39.3 * 104 cells / cc, dissolved oxigen range 2.5 - 5.4 mg / l, pH 5.6 - 6.8, salinity 22-28 ppt (median range 24-26 ppt), and temperature 23 - 32 degrees Celsius (median range 26-29 oC). The production decreased from 1340 - 1190 kg/ 0, 35ha.
