Abstract
Aim To Study the effectiveness of isometric exercises and various stretching techniques used as a treatment protocol for primary dysmenorrhoea. Methodology Both groups, control (n=15) and experimental (n=15) performed set protocol from fourth day of menstrual cycle. Result Significant findings were obtained. Conclusion The research conducted and the results obtained suggested that isometric and stretching both exercises has a positive effect in the treatment of primary Dysmenorrhoea in adolescent school going girls.
