Abstract
Using DEFORM-3D software as a platform, a 3D cutting finite element model was established for the machining process of titanium alloy whirlwind milling with three elements. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate and radial depth on the cutting temperature were analyzed. The results showed that the cutting speed had the greatest influence on the cutting temperature, the axial feed rate and the radial cutting depth.
