FACTORS AFFECTING COOPERATIVE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER RESEARCH AT HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY - HUTECH

Abstract
The purpose of this essay is identify the characteristics that influence cooperative knowledge transfer activities. According to the researches, there are five elements that affect knowledge transfer cooperation: internal factors, external factors, implementation factors, contextual factors, and university trade elements. Especially, the last one is a new factor that has been offered in the investigation. Combining qualitative and quantitative research, this study employs a survey questionnaire of 524 firms that collaborate with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) in order to assess reliability and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling through AMOS program. The study found that university brand has a beneficial impact on knowledge transfer cooperation activities, revealing more elements influencing knowledge transfer cooperation between universities and businesses.
