Abstract
The work develops theoretical and methodological foundations of the decent work management mechanism in the region. The principles on which this mechanism is based and the criteria by which the ideals of decent work are achieved are proposed. Attention is focused on the main directions in the economy and social sphere in the context of ensuring a decent quality of life for the population
