Abstract
This research paper focuses on the biofilm formation can be inhibited on treatment with Supra MIC, MIC and Sub MIC of peptide in dif erent incubation time. Supra MIC of peptide is more potent to eradicate biofilm than MIC and Sub MIC of peptide. The percentage of biofilm concentration gradually decreased when treated with Supra MIC and MIC of peptide in 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours. Peptides are involved in many biochemical processes and physiological functions in human and other organisms. Within last few years therapeutic peptides are emerged and expanded rapidly relative to overall drugs in the global market
