Abstract
The purpose of the study was to f ind out the social intelligence of Arts and Science college students. The sample was collected from 250 Arts and Science college students studying UG and PG courses in Namakkal District of Tamilnadu, India. For data collection used the Social intelligence scale was constructed and Standardized by Dr.N.K. Chadda and Usha Ganesan. The study revealed that the Arts and Science college students are having high level of social intelligence and irrespective of sub samples of Arts and Science college students are having high level of social intelligence . The sub samples of gender and management shows not significant difference between in their social intelligence and the sub samples of locality and qualification shows significant difference in their social intellig ence.
