Abstract
The cases of a new bank customer without credit history resulting in difficulties in determining the probability of credit default are dealt with. A complex of special indicators is established and tested to determine the probability of loan default for bank customers who already have a credit history. The analytical dependence is established for customers without credit history on the monthly income, age and a number of dependents in the family.
