Abstract
The current state of management processes of formation personnel policies is analyzed. It is pointed out that evaluation of workforce effectiveness implies determining in each of the periods of time the efficacy of in-process existing resources, and determining the degree of its reflection on the production cost and turnover of the consumption of labor resources. Special attention is paid to the necessary turnover and additional turnover. Situational analysis of the plan of supply and demand of human resources at a catering establishment is presented.
