Methods of experimental studies on the implementation of the results of a comparative study

In the article the scientific methods of experimental work on the implementation of the results of comparative research training of future air traffic controllers in Ukraine and Russian Federation were shown. Implementation of positive experience of training future air traffic controllers was experimentally tested, that is the components of such training: effective use of innovative learning tools, such as electronic learning at all stages of training; correctional and pedagogical support proficiency training; close intersubject connection between theory and simulator training; monitoring professionally important qualities of future air traffic controllers during simulator training and so on. .Usage of complex methods can justify the theoretical principles for improving the training of future air traffic controllers.
