Abstract
The article developed the information system of the mechanism for managing the organizational and economic flexibility of an enterprise and defined its information flows, which allow providing the timely information to mangers for decision-making purposes. The ideas on the functions of the information system of the mechanism of managing the organizational and economic flexibility of the enterprise have been systematized.
