Abstract
The article defines the financial mechanism and gives the author’s definition of the mechanism of financial interaction between the state and corporate finance. A theoretical analysis of modern mechanisms of financial interaction between the state and corporate finance is carried out, and the role of the state in the activities of the corporate sector of the economy is evaluated. The problems of determining the mechanism of financial interaction between the state and corporate finance are formulated.
