Abstract
The article studies the world practice of using and financing nanotechnology in the oil industry, analyzes the application of nanotechnology and government strategies on a global scale, and also comments on some issues related to their application in leading oil companies. It is determined that the experience of foreign countries is characterized by the presence of state programs for nanotechnology and the allocation of nano-specific funds by the state, and oil companies are expanding their activities in this direction.
