Conceptual Approaches to Increasing the Effectiveness of Economic Processes Integration on the Development of the National Economy Structure

For Ukraine, integration into the world economic system is a way of modernizing the economy, attracting foreign investment and the latest technologies, forming the competitive advantages of the international commodity producer, integrating into powerful European chains of added value, the possibility of entering new markets. The purpose of the paper is to investigate and make some clarifications in the conceptual approaches to improving the effectiveness of the integration economic processes on the development of the Ukrainian economy. The general scientific methods of research have been used in the course of the research: statistical methods, generalization methods, comparison method, etc. The article deals with the conceptual approaches of modernization of the national economy on the example of the Lviv region. Priority sectors have been identified and ways to achieve their effectiveness due to the processes of economic integration, openness of the national economy and its entry into the European space. The priority directions of development of some branches of economy on the one hand, stimulation and state support of high-tech branches are determined, and on the other hand, the development of appropriate policies for the development of low-tech industries aimed at increasing their innovation activity and the introduction of new innovative technologies. Lviv region is related to the type of the economy oriented to the sphere of services, taking into account in this article the following conceptual directions of transformations in the real sector of the economy, applying the innovative approach through stimulation and state support of high-tech industries have been offered, and - development of the corresponding policy for the development of low-tech industries , aimed at improving their innovative technologies. It has been noted that improving the efficiency of management is possible only with the use of appropriate innovative measures that are able to increase tax revenues to regional budgets and ensure the development of high-tech industries. Further research will be aimed at developing recommendations of an applied nature aimed at increasing the competitiveness of leading industries and areas of activity in the Lviv region in conditions of deepening of European integration processes.
