Abstract
Ukraine has all possibilities to be one of the front-rank exporters of food products and raw material from high gross revenue. For introduction of these possibilities it is necessary to enter the hard checking of quality of food products system. The aim of the article is to give reasonable recommendations on questions of quality control of food stuffs and possibilities of Ukraine's harmonization to the standards of EU. In the process of scientific research next methods have been used: actual analysis, expert estimation. The problem of control of quality and harmonization of the Ukrainian standards of quality is investigational with the standards of EU. Rigorists to quality of product and observance of these requirements are one of important factors of competitiveness of enterprise and provides advantage of products of the developed countries in the world market, provides their safety, competitiveness and allows to play a leading role the world division of labor the Low level of providing of population quality food foods is a global problem what in course of time grows all more intensive. Off-grade management control after quality and unconcern of food products on the different stages of production and in the process of her transporting, realization, storage leads as to the disease of population, so to the additional losses, fines, bankruptcy of business. The necessity of introduction of (НАССР) is predefined by consumer demand on safe, ecologically clean, high quality products. Except that, using (НАССР), the enterprises of food industry must accent attention on making ecologically of clean, natural products that will provide a stable high place on home and foreign markets. The system of providing of quality (system of quality) behaves to the methods worked out world and home activity from providing of permanent quality of food products. Certainly, that one of mechanisms of increase of competitiveness of products there is harmonization of national standards of quality with European. Further researches will be sent to perfection of control methods after quality of raw material on standards that is harmonized from European.
