Organization of experimental research of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in medical colleges

Abstract
On the basis of theoretical analysis of literary sources has been determined that scientists argue the need for scientific and research work in the system of training of junior medical specialists. The article characterizes four stages of research and experimental work, dedicated to the development and checking the effectiveness of the revised system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in medical colleges. In the first stage – organizational-diagnostic – the methods of questionnaire, testing, interviewing, observation, evaluation of students' participation in solving professional-situational and simulation tasks, etc. were used; a plan of experimental research has been developed; complex educational and methodical materials has been created; educational and methodical seminars with medical colleges lecturers have been conducted and methodical recommendations have been developed; the criteria-component and level structure of readiness of future junior specialists in nursing for work on specialty and pedagogical conditions students' study in experimental groups. In the second stage – ascertaining – by the results of questionnaire, testing and evaluation of levels of formation each of the four components of the readiness for professional activity the 2nd course students have been divided into control experimental groups. In the third stage – forming – the determined pedagogical conditions of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in medical colleges were implemented with the use of educational and methodical support with the author's developments of simulation, interactive, problematic and other tasks of professional orientation. In the fourth stage – resultating-analytical – a comparison of the obtained results has been made and mathematical processing of statistics data obtained at the stages of incoming and final control. The results of the comparative analysis showed that the introduction in medical colleges of the author's methods, the developed complex of educational and methodical materials, methodological approaches to organization of student's study in experimental groups resulted in better results in vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing than under traditional training.
