Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the development of the subjectivity of future pedagogical staff in scientific-pedagogical literature and practice. The content of the concepts in the context of the problem is clarified: "subjectivity of pedagogical workers" (continuous process of improving the qualitative characteristics of the teacher in order to ensure their harmonious development and improving the efficiency and quality of activity of the educational institution), "management of the development of the subjectivity of pedagogical workers" (development and implementation of measures aimed at improving the qualitative characteristics, namely: skills, knowledge, motivation, competences, etc.). The main characteristics of the subject of activity (presence of the object; the subject is public; the public subject has a form of realization; the collective subject is represented in each; the subject is formed in the subject activity; the subject is consciously acting subjectivity is determined by the system of relationships; subjectivity is the unity of communication, activity, self-awareness and being; subjectivity is a dynamic beginning; subjectivity is a category of interpsychic personality; personality as a subject manifests itself in being organized, organized, patient honors, self-discipline, creativity, etc.), on the basis of which a subjective characteristic of the future pedagogical worker is defined, which in turn includes: personality orientation, professional (ability to plan and implement the educational process, ability to reflect and professional self-development, generalization presentation of one's own professional development, etc.) and psychological (professional self-awareness, self-development, self-knowledge, ability to counteract emotional burnout, etc.). It has been established that the development of the subjectivity of the future pedagogical worker as a subject of professional activity can be carried out in conditions that meet the requirements of creative professional activity
