Abstract
The modern approaches to the definition of coaching, pedagogical coaching were considered. The peculiarities of the introduction of coaching technologies in the process of training specialists of the psychological and pedagogical sphere in higher education were substantiated. The leading role of the teacher's personality in the process of the implementation of high-quality training of future specialists was emphasized. The transformation of the teacher's goals as a coach was described. It was generalized that coaching technology helps to improve the professional training of future specialists of the psychological and pedagogical sphere. The modern approaches to the definition of coaching, pedagogical coaching were considered. The leading role of the teacher's personality in the process of the implementation of high-quality training of future specialists was emphasized. The transformation of the teacher's goals as a coach was described. The specifics of the organization of the subjects of the educational process in the university with applying the elements of coaching was considered. The peculiarities of the introduction of coaching technologies in the process of training specialists of the psychological and pedagogical sphere in higher education were substantiated. Using the technologies, methods and tools of coaching, its positive philosophy creates the basis for intensive professional development and self-development, since the greater the degree of involvement of students in the creation of their own program of individual (professional) development, the more fully their individual creative self-realization will be manifested. It was generalized that coaching technology helps to improve the professional training of future specialists of the psychological and pedagogical sphere.
