Psychology of innovation management using information and communication technologies in the activities of environmental public organizations

Abstract
The article deals with the psychological peculiarities of managing innovations in the activities of environmental NGOs when using information and communication platforms. The concept of "environmental education innovation" has been added. Depending on the attitude of people towards the implementation of green innovation in the activities of public organizations, five groups are considered, which differently form their social position on innovation. Different forms and methods of work in overcoming the main psychological barriers to innovations in the use of information and communication technologies are considered and the stages of effective implementation of innovations in the activities of public organizations are proposed: I.) initiation of innovation (Person or micro group). Forming an idea and highlighting the feasibility of implementation and socially acceptable elements; II.) Presentation in a group or team; III.) Discussion. This stage is well realized in the opening to the presented material (Text, graphics, presentation, video, podcast, etc.) of the network medium of rapid exchange of information by text, emoticons, schematic images, photos or video messages. In the limited case of "attachment" to the website, it may be the opening of the chat communication environment; IV.) Having formed a group of "Supporters" and "Enthusiasts" we introduce the idea; V. We present interim results. Argumentation of the benefits of the implemented idea or project. In doing so, the idea is modeled and the stability of the proposed model is highlighted; VI. Interaction with "Neutrals", "Opponents", "Skeptics" on the introduction of innovations is advisable taking into account the psychological characteristics of the individual and grouping in similar groups. First of all, considering the temperament, characters, values, preferences, etc .; VIII. If, after discussing the interim results, there are a number of members who do not yet support the proposed model of the idea presented. It is possible to cooperate with them in the operating room exactly according to their competencies, if the elements of the implemented model are operational actions that were previously used by this category of people.
