Formation of communicative competence of the future head of secondary education in the process of master's training

Abstract
The author of the article has raised up the problem of the role of communication in management, communicative competence of the head of secondary educational establishments. She has put attention to the importance of its formation while studing in higher educational establishments. In the process of research the author has used methods of analysis and synthesis, comparisons, survey methods, pedagogical observation. She has exposed the sence of the conception of "professional training of future managers" and "communicative competence". She has observed that in the process of formation of readiness to communicative interaction of future directors of HEEs, it is necessary to teach students of Master degree to transform the theory of communication into an instrument of their professional activity, to see possibilities of acquired knowledge about specific managering situations. The process of professional training of the head of educational establishments has involved the development of a phased program to form a communicative readiness for the subject-subject interaction and the development of personal qualities that contribute to dialogue, as well as the creation of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for such interaction. The author of the article has defined the following criteria to assess the formation of the communicative competence of the future head of educational establishments. They are following: motivational-value, communicative-cultural, emotional-willing and interactive-activity. The author has selected such methods as: analysis of specific situations, role games, group discussion, brainstorming, trainings, video analysis - that will enable activating communicative and cognitive activity of students of Master degree, significantly increase their level of communicative competence and level of understanding of the process of managing communication. She has distinguished pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of forming the communicative competence of future managers in the process of master's training.
