Abstract

The article deals with the problem of content guidelines and directions of development in European education. It is emphasized that in modern socio-economic space there is a great varity of new tasks and new topics. That demands deep theoretical comprehension and significant of experimental work. The main content guidelines in higher education are the role of technigue, technology and science as a driving forces of development for human and society as it discovers the opportunities for their activities. The next point is to conduct multidisciplinary research of a modern child special features, its psychological and socio-psychological changes. Study the new social connection of the child and the influence of modern subcultures on the child. The purpose is to switch them to the development of spiritual sources and support them in self development and self realization. Another point is to revire moral criterias in society, to form the personality. Reveal the of the regularities human development as a personality and as a subject of the action, the condition, special features and mechanisms of individualization in the modern wordl. We shaild take into account the peculiarities of the structure and content of the educational needs of the person at various stages of his life, find the way to stimulate the interest for the knowledge through the "information flow", form their cognitive needs and form the ability to select information it the process of self-education acquisition. Prevention of ethno- and xenophobia, education of tolerance. One more point is to harmonize the contradictions between orienting the human for socio-economic, cultural-political globalization and activation of national interests, the development of nations, peoples and ethnic groups. The last point is to create the systems of effective psychological and pedagogical and social-pedagogical rehabilitation. It is concluded that higher education in the European context it the beginning of the 21st century strengthens its functions. Its function is to serv the society on the basis of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches, to a constructive solution of contemporary social and technical contradictions.
