Actual aspects of professional training of specialists in the sphere of tourism

Actuality of research theme is conditioned by the complex approach of the estimation of constituents of professional preparation of future specialists of sphere. Changes which take place in tourist industry dictate the necessity of improvement of professional preparation of specialists for the sphere of tourism. The account of history of becoming and development of the domestic system of professional preparation of specialists, analysis of domestic and foreign experience needs in research of theoretical and practical principles of professional preparation of specialists of sphere of tourism, on these basis perspective directions of modernization of professional preparation of future specialists of sphere of tourism are determined. A modern labour-market and dynamic development of tourist industry require the high level of professional preparation of modern specialist on tourism, the basic criteria of which are theoretical, practical, communicative skills of organization of tourist activity. The question of quality and efficiency of tourist education appears in this context. It was found out the analysis of scientific labours, methodical developments, practical experience of preparation of domestic specialists of tourist industry, disparity between the imperfect system of professional preparation of specialists of tourism and growings requirements to it Ukrainian society in connection with including to European educational space. Exactly this fact is predetermined by the necessity of introduction of the new going near organization educational-educate to the process, determination of priority aspects in professional preparation of future workers, taking into account world experience of professional preparation of specialists in the field of tourism. A research purpose is to form the integral going near the improvement of professional preparation of specialists for the sphere of tourism. For the receipt of results drawn on research such methods: historical, to the analysis and synthesis, abstractly logical, analytical et al. The paradigm of modern trade education has a practical and personality orientation which means development of personality and professional qualities of specialist, when they are in intercommunication. Requirements of personality character can be general (decency, tactfulness, self-control, and others like that) and professionally meaningful (communicability, responsibility, goodwill, activity, tolerance, initiativeness, optimism, creationist', culture of conduct and broadcasting, and others like that). Labour in a tourist sphere requires from a specialist also physical and psikhoemociynoy endurance. Together with general preparation, leader qualities and character of personality, a number of new requirements belongs or produced to the level of formed of professional jurisdictions of workers in tourism. The model of preparation of future specialists of sphere of tourism is based on to personality oriented, activity, practically oriented approaches, humanizing of preparation, individualization and problematization studies, connection of studies, with practice, conforming to the modern requirements of labour-market.
