Active health-saving educational technologies at the lessons of "art" sphere

Abstract

The article reveales the essence and features of health-saving technologies of teaching younger pupils. Among them there are highlighted those providing the absence of stressful situations, a fully-fledged and rationally organized training mode; the bringing-up to pupils of the health culture - a complex of personal qualities that are aimed at preserving and strengthening health, strengthening motivation for a healthy lifestyle, increasing responsibility for their own health and family health. Such teaching technologies are based on the age-old peculiarities of children; variability of forms and methods of teaching; optimal combination of motor and static loads; studying in small groups; creating an emotionally favourable atmosphere; forming of positive motivation for learning; cultivating knowledge of pupils in health questions. Thanks to them, the effectiveness of the educational process is raised, the pupils' ability to work at the lessons is improved. The authors define that the contextual meanings and structural features of constructing the lessons of the educational branch "Art" effectively contribute to their wide use in the educational environment of the primary school. Worthy of note are the following health-saving forms of work: warm-up exercises, exercise-energiser, breathing gymnastics, finger-gymnastics, sound gymnastics, games and game therapy, eye-exercises, colour-therapy, relaxation pauses (sounds of music in combination with the sounds of nature: singing birds, noise of water); exercises for reducing the stress, improving posture; art-technics and so on. The introduction of health-saving forms and learning technologies creates optimal conditions for the preservation of pupils' health is substantiated by the authors.
