Content of professional training of masters of specialty “Preschool education” to managerial activity

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of "Pre-school education" specialty masters training for management activity in pre-school education. The complex of knowledge and skills that should be formed by future specialists after studying the course "Organizational and management activity in pre-school education" has been determined. The integration of Ukraine into the world community and the transition to European quality standards have led to fundamental changes in the educational branch of Ukraine. The modernization processes in the field of pre-school education are of particular relevance. At the present stage of development of the society, the new commissioning of social services of our country is the training of specialists in the high school who are able to solve the extremely complex current problems successfully. The modern pre-school educational institution principal – a leader who has a high culture of management activity. The majority of specialists define management as a type of activity and a way of transforming the educational system into a new quality and condition by influencing on its objects and subjects. The pre-school educational institution principal's professional competence determines a set of components, including: professional knowledge and skills ability to perform management activity through a system of managerial functions, knowledge and skills; knowledge of official duties and general requirements for a position; professionally significant qualities. Because of the fact that, the pre-school educational institution principal's management activity is classified as professional, its main characteristic is special training, which under certain conditions can also be compensated by self-education, qualification improvement, and practical experience. Since preparation for management activity is an important part of professional pedagogical education, it is necessary to organize the students' purposeful training for this type of work. Based on the abovementioned, in the process of our study the content of the course «Organizational and management activity in pre-school education» has been analyzed, covering the range of theoretical and practical tasks of the management and methodological perspective will help to increase the professional level of students in the future and ensure the qualitative performance of their professional functions.
