Subject-subject interaction in the system “teacher-student” in present educational process of higher educational institution

Abstract
On the basis of nowadays achievements of pedagogical science the subject-subject relationships are pointed out as the basis of realization of modern higher education paradigm in Ukraine. Their nature and conditions of their effective functioning are defined. In the article the author analyzes the features of the formation of the subject-subject interaction of teacher and student in the educational process of the higher educational institution. The specific of interpersonal rapport of teacher and student in the subject-subject interaction is discovered. In the public consciousness the idea of a person as a value and a purpose of upbringing changes: the person becomes as a subject of his or her own life, history and culture. Teaching process in universities is the teachers and students interaction, where on the one hand, the activity of each participant is defined by common purposes, and on the other hand, it has personal, subject-subjective character.Personal growth of the student consists in the improvement of the processes of self-cognition, self-evaluation and moral self-regulation, which leads to the formation of a qualitatively new level of his upbringing. At the same time there is a teacher's professional self-improvement through the development of humane qualities of his personality, the formation of stable humane positions in relations with students, knowing and using the means of providing of humane valuable-meaningful interaction in practical teaching activities. The conceptual idea of our study is a statement that the formation of subject-subject relationships of teacher and student is the leading mechanism of humanizing of the educational process of higher school, the main mean of realization of modern higher education paradigm in Ukraine. Thus, the functioning of subject-subject relations of teacher and students determines the success of the modernization of higher school upbringing process, opens the way to innovation and changes, allows forming a structured synthesis of values, meanings and norms.
