Student-oriented environment as the pedagogical condition of formation of professional competence of future entrepreneurship experts

Abstract

The article reveals the concept of "pedagogical condition". The author's definition of concepts as a complex of components of the educational process, which are closely interrelated and are aimed at formation of a competent personality and are able to function in a market economic environment. Clarified separate pedagogical conditions that have taken place in the training of future professionals in various specialties. The aim of the article was to define and justificate the pedagogical conditions that influence the formation of professional competence of future specialists on enterpreneurship, trade and exchange activities. Objectives: to clarify the concept of "pedagogical condition", to determine pedagogical condition of formation of professional competence of applicants of this specialty. In the process of content analysis of scientific sources pedagogical condition "creating of student-orientated environment" in the formation of professional competence of future specialists on enterpreneurship, trade and exchange activities is formulated. It is based on a contemporary approach to professional education in Ukraine and provides comprehensive and integrated training of students in the specialty. In the author's conception of formation of professional competence of future specialists on enterpreneurship, trade and exchange activities student-orientated environment as a pedagogical condition provides the direction of the educational process for the implementation of the Standard of Higher education, which comprises of list of required competencies (integral, total, specific); taking into account the didactic requirements of the educational-practical activities (observance of the principles of training, including specific ones); improvement of the traditional system of training of future specialists in the business; testing and implementation of vocational and integrative learning technologies; the relationship of classroom and extracurricular activities of students; improving the research environment on the basis of the pedagogy of partnership. One of the goals of competence-based approach is the training of competitive specialist, capable of solving problems of various levels of complexity based on the knowledge, practical skills, formed moral and ethical values. The constituents of professional competence in the designated specialty: business, economic, cultural. Developed and tested innovative learning technology, which involves the selection of methods and forms of educational process, professionally-oriented tasks of enterprise, trade and exchange activities, focused research activities of students and a close relationship with out-of-class work.
