Interdisciplinary approach to the content of legal knowledge of elementary school children

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to determine the patterns and principles of interdisciplinary interaction of knowledge of younger students on the example of the formation of legal knowledge. Research methodology. The methodology of interdisciplinary approach to the formation of legal knowledge of younger students is intended not only to transfer knowledge to students, but also to teach them to put it correctly in their minds, it is appropriate to use and update themselves, using the wide possibilities of modern information and communication technologies. Each of the proposed principles is identified and detailed. The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the principles of interdisciplinary approach to legal knowledge of younger students (humanism, historicism, correspondence to age possibilities and level of students' preparation, reflexivity, clarity, independence and creative development of personality, efficiency, natural history, emphasis, systematicity and systematicity, accessibility and gradual increase in complexity of knowledge. The regularities of interdisciplinary interaction of legal knowledge of younger students are substantiated: awareness of learning goals is faster and deeper if the goals, content and means of education constitute a coherent interdisciplinary system, learning outcomes are enhanced by the interdisciplinary nature of teaching and learning activities accordingly increases with the interdisciplinary collapse or compaction of knowledge, the importance of training material increases by motivating the content of learning by a system of interconnected arguments, the formation of subsystems of knowledge based on these parts and the general system of knowledge on the basis of interdisciplinarity increases learning outcomes, the quality of knowledge acquisition is directly proportional to the degree of their interdisciplinarity, the amount of practical application of knowledge and skills for learning, the level of difficulty of learning increases with the degree of interdisciplinary knowledge, the mental development of students is directly proportional to the the amount of interrelated knowledge, skills, practical experience, the degree of interdisciplinary knowledge) is proportional to the thoroughness of the acquired knowledge. Interdisciplinary knowledge arouses greater interest in learning, interdisciplinary knowledge make it possible to preserve the same content of educational material at its smaller volume, a multidisciplinary approach helps to establish patterns of information flows, which improves the quality of information assimilation management, social relevance teaching.
