Abstract

The article throws light upon the principles of justice and non-conflict as pedagogical conditions of successful educational process on the basis of the analysis of scientific researches of Z. Bauman, A. Gzhegorchik, I. Kant, Yu. Kozeletsky, B. Sukhodolsky. The author stresses that in today's globalized world it is very important to ensure peace and tranquility, as it is a joint development and mutual assistance in one world family. A dialectical connection between what people are, what they want and what they want in their lives is revealed. It all determines the way they live and affects others. Attention is drawn to the inadmissibility of violent actions in a conflict situation. Conflict management is based on belief in the fundamental ability of each person to feel spiritual values, especially the sense of the value of justice, reverence and forgiveness, since such actions create a situation where one person does not rise above another. The author emphasizes that this can be described in a subjective way: that I now feel some spiritual values that are not felt by the other side of the dialogue is accidental. The other party is basically capable of experiencing these values only in the benevolent circumstances that it needs to create. Nonviolent action and interpersonal interaction and conflict resolution, both internal and external, are leading to peace in the world. The main task of education is to transmit the cultural values and assets of civilizations, protecting what humanity considers valuable and what can be the foundation for building the future. The idea that the future civilization is shaped by the school directly or indirectly is emphasized.
