Abstract

The article addresses the problem of formation of professional competence of university students in terms of the use of innovative teaching methods. Professional training of students is a pedagogical process resulting in the formation of professional competence of future economists, which is an important characteristic of professional activities. The purpose of this article is a simulation of professional competence of students through the forms and methods of innovative technologies. The meaning and significance of case method as one of interactive teaching methods have been presented and summarized. The author proves that interactive methods destroy the traditional approach to a student learning, because in the new conditions the student becomes an active participant in the educational process and is at the center of interaction of all its participants, taking аn equal position along with them and can demonstrate his/her knowledge and define over his/her level, develop potential, learn to work in a team and independently. During the development of interactive training techniques it is necessary for the teacher to ensure a close relationship of the proposed material with law and practice that are constantly undergoing changes and improvements. Element of scientific innovation is the development of criteria for the formation of professional competence of students that will provide training results of financiers. This topic has a research perspective that requires searching for ways to formulate and develop conceptual approaches to the justification of the structural and component model for training the future specialist and to develop methodological recommendations for introducing the necessary changes in the study of special disciplines.
