Quasi-professional methods and tasks in the process of teaching economic disciplines in college

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of "quasi-professional activity". It was found that the activity is quasi-professional transition from training to professional and business method involves the use of game. Purpose of the article - find quasi-professional training tasks and the job to a professional modeling. Methods of research: monitoring the activities of students in the classroom with economic subjects, interview, survey. The essence quasi-professional tasks and methods is playing or simulation conditions or situations of occupation. For effective development of both substantive and social contexts of economic activity in the performance of standard practical tasks, situations must reproduce the conditions as close to real. The author singled out certain types of business games. Investigated the use of role-playing, simulation, situational games, exposed components and algorithm of their conduct. Clearly defined business structure of the game, including: game plan; rules; direct game action; educational objectives; play equipment; outcome of the game. The study of the content of practical seminars disciplines imposed economic nature business games, training sessions as microstructural element; improved educational-methodical complex economic subjects offered job practice areas. The study identified factors effectiveness of business games, including the following: set clear objectives; exercise motivation gaming activities; clear organization of preparation, execution and wrap-up; cognitive and problem formulation of questions in the game; involvement of all stakeholders; length play no more than one hour of training. The author proposed training as an effective method quasi-professional activity.
