Information and communication technologies in the organization of individual work of the future teachers of practical training in vocational school as a cause for the formation of self-educational competence

Abstract
In the conditions of global informatization and computerization of education the important task of training highly qualified specialists for the sphere of vocational training, able to competent professional activity at the European and world standards level consists in forming independent education competence of intending teachers of practical training at vocational and technical establishments. To achieve this task first of all it is necessary to change approaches to organization of independent work so that the results were most effective. One of the new approaches of organizing independent work of intending teachers of practical training at vocational and technical establishments consists in introducing information and communication technologies into educational process, which can be referred as the innovative technologies. The goal of the article lies in disclosing the influence of information and communication technologies in organizing independent work in forming self-educational competence of intending teachers of practical training at vocational and technical establishments. The education aid with the required qualities is an electronic device, namely Web-multimedia encyclopedia "Tractors and automobiles", which is actively used at the department of technology and professional education of Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university in the process of professional training of intending engineers-teachers of practical training. The use of these electronic means of organizing students independent work is aimed on the one hand, at forming knowledge on the course "Tractors and automobiles", readiness for pedagogical activity in the conditions of the educational information environment, and on the other hand, acquiring competencies in using computer and software in the subject area to solve future professional problems. So, the purposeful use of information and communication technologies in the educational process allows intensifying independent work of intending teachers practical training; develops permanent interest in learning "Tractors and automobiles" as a professional discipline; forms students independent education competence, creates favorable conditions for independent obtaining knowledge and creates the conditions for constructing individual educational plans, which in general intensifies the process of training highly qualified specialists in the sphere of vocational education; develops sustainable skills in applying the latest information technologies.
