Abstract
The article focuses on the goals and objectives for fostering mutual activity of branch-oriented educational institutions with companies of petroleum industry in Ukraine, aimed at training and retraining of experts of above mentioned area. The technique of corporate effect on the content of the experts training is presented. As a result of the dynamic development of the information society in society in social community the need for rapid, radical and important changes is formed in the level of intellectualization of human resources and their activities in all areas of society. Implementation of this ambitious task is possible through the appropriate use of educational and scientific potential of society. The sphere of education as the main source of supply to modern society intellectual resources is not yet a major object of relevant studies, assessments and recommendations. Knowledge society has no chance for its successful formation without obligatory passing transformation phase in the learning society without intellectual space filling with appropriate human resources. The system of educational and scientific activity requires an adequate level and quality of management. Due to this, the problem of intellectualization of managerial and control processes by the system of education and science as a whole and all its constituent subsystems is an important task of the Ukrainian society. Priority changes towards the intellectualization of the national system of petroleum education are reinterpretation of the mutual influences of media intelligence considering the spectrum such their features as knowledge and intellect, intellectual resources and their potential, human and intellectual capital. Modern conditions and the high pace of the development of science, production and information technologies force to revise and modernize the existing structures of petroleum engineering formation everywhere in the world. A strategic problem for all of the petroleum engineering educational institutions is general. It consists of creating such an educational cycle in educational establishments which would automatically train each student to be a well-educated, socially active and creative personality. The continuity of professional development should become an internal “desire” of any modern petroleum engineer.
