Role of law education of students in academic mobility as integrated process in the sphere of education

Abstract

The content of the article is to determine the role of students' legal education in academic mobility as an integration process in education. The goals, objectives and functions of students' legal education in high school - the academic mobility subjects are analyzed in the article. Based on the basic concepts analysis the definition of academic mobility and legal education and its members is proposed in the article. Since academic mobility (staying the students in other educational or scientific institution (in the country or abroad) for training or research) provides implementation procedures of mutual recognition studies and disciplines, the results of student's assessment, individualization the educational trajectories, etc. the student must have some legal knowledge in the industry that can be realized through the students' legal education in high school, which has become the subject of our research. In this study we have found that a single educational space is creating today, global communications is used that providing individual approach to study in high school, the gap of social and economic inequality is shortening, intercultural exchange and sharing professional groups are growing because of students' academic mobility should not only know the legal material, but also aware its value system and personal rights as a justice manifestation and the guarantor of every person's inalienable rights and freedoms, honor and dignity. We found that students' academic mobility can be seen as a means of sharing knowledge, improving the students' competitiveness in the global education market, and the legal education problem is a conceptual outline in education and training in students' academic mobility modern paradigm. Analyzing the legal education goals, objectives and functions in high school students - the academic mobility subjects, we conclude that they contribute to the legal education development as an quality indicators of legal education. Prospects for further research in this direction we can see in the study of the legal education structure university students - the academic mobility objects.
