Vocational training of students for educational and consultative interaction by means of teaching practice

Abstract
The article analyzes the areas of training students to work with parents of children as an integral component of the overall professional readiness to pedagogical activity. In particular the paper considers certain aspects of training future teachers to work with parents of preschool children through pedagogical practice. For qualitative improvements in the training of students the following difficulties of the future teachers in cooperation with parents during teaching practice have been found: the lack of skills of communication with parents, lack of knowledge on the organization forms of work with parents, methods of influence on parents; parents underestimate the importance of the preschool period of childhood for the formation of future personality and personal example as a role model, overconfidence parents in the correctness of their own actions in the relationship with the child. The causes of these difficulties have been analyzed, mainly in the interaction of parents with teachers who are in a difficult financial situation as in DOE, and the families of the pupils. The content of training of future teachers for educational and consultative interaction has been marked by means of the pedagogical practices contains the following main components: motivational and personal, value-orientation, intellectual-content, activity. The main attention is actualized on the analysis and justification of conceptual provisions of an educational and consultative interaction with families of students in the professional training of future teachers. Principles of organization of educational process, in which the student would be in the position of the subject who recognizes the value of educational consulting experience and his or her professional and competent implementation in practice.
