Components of future educators’ readiness for organization of constructive activity of pre-school children

Abstract
The materials on components of future educators for constructive organization of preschool children have been presented in the article; constructive learning system provides a coordinating innovative educational processes; information flow, which entered the human mind turns into knowledge only in the constructive activities. The components of future teachers' readiness to the organization of constructive activity of preschool children have been defined by the authors, mainly: motivational, mobilization, semantic, practical, and emotional. It has been indicated that backbone component of future teachers to the mentioned professional activity is motivation, because it depends on the motive of personal meaning. Aspiring to the improvement of results, dissatisfaction attained, a persistence in the achievement of one's own aim are those personal features that largely affect the professional work of future educators. The model of construction of structural educational environment has been shown. Prospects for further development of problems have been identified in the analysis of methodological aspects of relevant training of future educators.
