Abstract
This article aim to develop notes on theperformance of management implementation of the Língua Brasileira de Sinais –LIBRAS –whithin the school public. Therefore it highlights the challenging adaptation process that the Scholl faces in order to the inclusion of the deaf student in regular education. It is based on the assumption that inclusion itself is essential for the development and learning of the disabled student, being na indispensable movement both in the educational context and in the expanded society. Metododologically, the research comprises a bibliographic review based on theorists such as: Lima (2006); Quadros (2006); Reily (2004); e Vasconcellos (2007), between others. Also covers documentar analysis from Basil (1988; 1996; 2002). The theoretical foundation and the normative prescriptions consulted were important collaborators for the development of theoretical research on LIBRAS by advocating for reality indispensable aspecto f social justice through inclusive school. In the field of challenges face by the managers, it stands out the dissemination of LIBRAS learning in the school institutions as a safe path for the quality of experiences offered by the school to students with hearing impairment. The research concludes that LIBRAS is a fruitful means for the necessary communication between the deaf, the listeners and the world.
