Abstract
The study tries to show that e-management with its dimensions, electronic tools or individuals, has an impact on crisis management during the Corona pandemic. This study is based on analyzing the point of view of workers in the commercial banking sector and the results of their work in achieving the goals of their institution in an electronic way.
