Abstract
The main trends of social processes and social risks in Ukraine are identified, the role of corporate social responsibility for sustainable development is determined. The conditions for an efficient mechanism to ensure social responsibility in the increasingly globalization impacts and integration of Ukraine into the EU are outlined.
