Abstract
The stages of creation of the Internet and its impact on the marketing activity of the domestic industrial enterprises are analyzed. The substantial model of using the latest informational technology in the marketing activities of enterprises is offered. The effectiveness of marketing activities with the use of Internet capabilities is valuated.
