Abstract
The preconditions for the formation of organizational culture in the context of corporate social responsibility development are determined. The influence of organiza-tional culture on the activities of international business subjects is substantiated. The differences between organizational culture, culture of organization and corporate culture are shown. The approaches to the interpretation of the definition of "organizational culture" are characterized, as well as the most characteristic of its features. The important features of organizational culture as a factor in the development of corporate social responsibility are generalized, which include universality, informality, sustainability, multilevel and versatility, multidimensionality, which will allow the values to be coordinated in the formation of a certain type of organizational culture of international business entities.
