Innovative Logistics Strategy as a Tool for Optimizing Business Processess of Agricultural Enterprises

The urgency of the study is confirmed by the urgent need to address the issue of development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy, as this industry is currently in a difficult financial and economic situation. One of the possible ways of solving this problem is the application of innovative strategies of logistic activities by agricultural enterprises. The article defines the role and importance of innovative logistics strategy as an effective tool for optimizing the business processes of agrarian enterprise. The study outlines key aspects of logistics innovation management at an agribusiness. The purpose of the article is to define the role of innovative logistics strategy as an effective tool for optimizing the business processes of agrarian enterprise. Considering the purpose of the article, the main objectives of the research are: to identify the key aspects of managing logistics innovation at the agribusiness; to study of the main stages of formation and conditions of efficiency of innovative logistics strategy of agrarian enterprise. The issues of the main stages of formation and conditions of efficiency of innovative logistics strategy of agrarian enterprise have been studied. It has been stated that the main purpose of innovative logistics processes is to identify and use additional material and economic reserves by streamlining the management process. It has been stated that innovative logistical processes are an important component of economic activity of agrarian enterprise, which involves exploring the feasibility and possibility of using basic innovations in the processes of tactical, operational and strategic management. The key principles for the implementation of an innovative logistics approach in the agro-sphere have been identified. It has been found out that the methodological aspects of logistics innovation management in agricultural enterprises are based on the use of strategic management provisions and the components of their formation have been indicated. It has been summarized that a properly formulated innovative logistics strategy will allow to reduce and optimize "problematic" business processes, and based on its implementation agrarian enterprise will reduce its costs and, as a consequence, increase its profits.
