Abstract
Human resource management is the most important aspect of managing an organization, because it is people who control the ongoing processes and events. However, like any other action in the field of management, the regulation of human resource management processes has quantitative and quantifiable characteristics. In other words, marginal labor productivity is a state in which production has a maximum output and cannot grow further with an increase in the amount of existing capital. As a result, the required set of workers is formed, the number and composition at which this state (maximum productivity) is stable. The article "Optimization of personnel without dismissal" examines the algorithm that should be followed when optimizing personnel. The following is one of the possible schemes for optimizing the work of personnel. As a result, the article presents tips for optimizing personnel without dismissal.
