Abstract

The institutional environment of regional tourist markets is considered in the article. The relationship between entrepreneurial development and the social, economic and environmental institutional environment is clarified. A meaningful and structural assessment of the institutional environment of regional tourism markets is given. The purpose is localized and clear tasks of research are outlined: The new vision of a kind of institutional maintenance of tourism by differentiation of three interconnected levels is offered; production, service, provide what. Each institutional-forming component of tourism in the region is detailed. The existing problems that hinder and inhibit the impact of effective institutional support and the functioning of tourism in the region are analyzed. Ways to ensure the integrity and the most effective functioning of tourism in the region, through effective institutional support. Relevant conclusions and prospects for further research have been made.
