PECULIARITIES OF RESOCIALIZATION OF JUVENILE CONVICTS: EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Consideration of models of resocialization of minors in foreign countries is of interest not only from the organizational and legal point of view, but also from the point of view of the influence on this process of various factors that promote or hinder resocialization. The article attempts to classify models of resocialization of juvenile convicts in different countries, as well as the practice of resocialization in individual countries.
